Vitalant’s online ordering systems* make it easy for Vitalant hospital and healthcare partners to:
- Order routine Vitalant blood products.
- Manage credit requests and return requests.
- View and search order history.

Place Product Order Outside of the Online Ordering Tool
To place your product order outside of the online ordering tool, download and complete all appropriate forms and send to the blood center in your area.
Hospital administrators receive account information during the new customer onboarding process. If you need access to your account, please contact your onsite administrator or the blood center in your area.
Pathways - Vitalant Coagulation Lab Client Access
Pathways is Vitalant’s access to Orchard® Copia,® electronic medical record (EMR) and outreach system.
