Vitalant’s Cellular Therapy Laboratory (CTL) can provide cell line characterization. Standardized assays include:

• CD45
• 7-AAD viability using flow cytometry for TNC, CD3, and CD34
• Colony Forming Unit assays

We also offer:

• HLA typing-high resolution through our HLA labs in Phoenix and Sacramento.
