- Communicate with integrity: Obscene, harassing or harmful language and behavior, including but not limited to hate speech, racial slurs and obscene gestures or actions, will not be tolerated.
- Demonstrate responsibility: We’re all part of the same lifesaving team. Violating any Vitalant Health policy or federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance is strictly prohibited. Those whose behavior risks disrupting the environment will be asked to stop or may be asked to leave the premises.
- Practice inclusion: Help make everyone feel welcome and appreciated for their contributions. We do not tolerate discrimination on any basis.
